SHIPPING SUMMARY
All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.
- We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 where we are able. This does not include large items or pallet deliveries.
- We offer an express delivery option, but currently we do not offer a guaranteed next day service.
- Delivery to parts of the UK including Highlands and Islands will incur a delivery cost regardless of order value.
- Delivery time is quoted at checkout - based on time of placing the order and the delivery method chosen.
- Pallet deliveries for large items (large generators, roller tool cabinets etc) are dispatched same day if placed before 11.30am. Please ensure a valid mobile number is provided on your order for a seamless delivery.
- We’ll dispatch your order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00 hrs.
EXCLUSIONS
Some delivery areas and postcodes are excluded from our shipping policy. This may be due to weight restrictions with our carriers and/or lack of availability. You will be notified shortly after your order should their be any issues with delivery to your delivery address.
FREE DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for all applicable orders over £50.00 in the UK except for parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We are, however, unable to offer free delivery on large items such as our large lawnmowers, generators etc or pallet deliveries. However, they are discounted delivery costs and we work hard to keep the cost to you as low as possible. We’ll dispatch your order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00.

Ensuring your order is received promptly, in the same condition in which it left us, is at the top of our agenda. Here at ParkerBrand we work with the best carriers available based on their reputation and proven track record with ourselves. We monitor the performance of all delivery partners.

- UPN (Pallet deliveries)
Unfortunately, in rare instances, things do go wrong. Very occasionally, parcels are damaged or lost in transit. Whilst we share your frustration, we would like to remind you that our customer care team are here to resolve any issue with the dedicated professionalism you would expect of an established business.
NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with an estimated date of your delivery.
- Nominating a neighbor to leave your parcel with.
- Confirming a safe place for your driver to leave the parcel (Garage, Shed, Porch...).
- Rearrange the delivery for another day.
- Arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a local shop that is partnered with the carrier.
In order to receive these notifications, it is important that correct mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are given at checkout.
BIG & BULKY ITEMS
We always aim to dispatch you orders with precision and speed; you’d never expect less from us. Some large and bulky items are not available for free delivery but any delivery fees are usually discounted.
To our regret, with large, bulky and heavy items such as our generators, water pumps and our lawnmower range, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We shall certainly dispatch them immediately on a next day service but due to the nature of the consignment they may take just a little while longer.
We know that you want your item quickly and to be able to put it to use - and we want the same for you. So, be sure in the knowledge that our guys will process and dispatch your order super swiftly and dispatched on a next day delivery - we are simply not able to absolutely guarantee that it will be with you next day.
SHIPPING TO NORTHERN IRELAND
Please note that shipments destined for Northern Ireland may be subject to additional customs or regulatory requirements under the Windsor Framework. As a result, import charges or fees may apply even for deliveries from within the UK.

PALLET DELIVERIES
Pallet deliveries are dispatched on all orders received by 11.30 daily. We have a close working relationship with both Palletline and UPN who are specialists in this type of delivery.. Please ensure you have provided a mobile phone number for delivery notifications and for the driver to call before delivery to ensure someone is present to accept delivery at the designated address.
Delivery is by pallet and the smallest delivery vehicle is 7.5 ton. Please ensure that there is reasonable access for delivery.
SAFE AND SWIFT DELIVERY
We strive to delivery all of products swiftly. Our delivery partners are specifically chosen for their reliability and accuracy. When your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from the delivery company. Our delivery companies, including DPD and Fed-Ex, will attempt to deliver to your address. No doubt you’ll have made arrangements to accept delivery. If they are not able to deliver, further delivery attempts will be made. Following further attempts, If you have not given special instructions ( eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour) your package may either be returned to us or, when possible, sent to a pick-up shop for you to collect.
TRACKING AND GIVING INSTRUCTIONS
You will be given the tracking number for you delivery via email and or text. YOu can use this tracking number to up date your delivery including leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour for most carriers.
