SHIPPING SUMMARY

All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 where we are able. This does not include large items or pallet deliveries.
We offer an express delivery option, but currently we do not offer a guaranteed next day service.
Delivery to parts of the UK including Highlands and Islands will incur a delivery cost regardless of order value.
Delivery time is quoted at checkout - based on time of placing the order and the delivery method chosen.
Pallet deliveries for large items (large generators, roller tool cabinets etc) are dispatched same day if placed before 11.30am. Please ensure a valid mobile number is provided on your order for a seamless delivery.
We’ll dispatch your order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00 hrs.

EXCLUSIONS

Some delivery areas and postcodes are excluded from our shipping policy. This may be due to weight restrictions with our carriers and/or lack of availability. You will be notified shortly after your order should their be any issues with delivery to your delivery address.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for all applicable orders over £50.00 in the UK except for parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We are, however, unable to offer free delivery on large items such as our large lawnmowers, generators etc or pallet deliveries. However, they are discounted delivery costs and we work hard to keep the cost to you as low as possible. We’ll dispatch your order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00.

Unfortunately, in rare instances, things do go wrong. Very occasionally, parcels are damaged or lost in transit. NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with an estimated date of your delivery.

Nominating a neighbor to leave your parcel with.
Confirming a safe place for your driver to leave the parcel (Garage, Shed, Porch...).
Rearrange the delivery for another day.
Arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a local shop that is partnered with the carrier.

In order to receive these notifications, it is important that correct mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are given at checkout.

BIG & BULKY ITEMS

We always aim to dispatch you orders with precision and speed; you’d never expect less from us. Some large and bulky items are not available for free delivery but any delivery fees are usually discounted.

To our regret, with large, bulky and heavy items such as our generators, water pumps and our lawnmower range, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We shall certainly dispatch them immediately on a next day service but due to the nature of the consignment they may take just a little while longer.

We know that you want your item quickly and to be able to put it to use - and we want the same for you. So, be sure in the knowledge that our guys will process and dispatch your order super swiftly and dispatched on a next day delivery - we are simply not able to absolutely guarantee that it will be with you next day.

SHIPPING TO NORTHERN IRELAND

Please note that shipments destined for Northern Ireland may be subject to additional customs or regulatory requirements under the Windsor Framework. As a result, import charges or fees may apply even for deliveries from within the UK.

PALLET DELIVERIES

Pallet deliveries are dispatched on all orders received by 11.30 daily. We have a close working relationship with both Palletline and UPN who are specialists in this type of delivery.. Please ensure you have provided a mobile phone number for delivery notifications and for the driver to call before delivery to ensure someone is present to accept delivery at the designated address.

Delivery is by pallet and the smallest delivery vehicle is 7.5 ton. Please ensure that there is reasonable access for delivery.

SAFE AND SWIFT DELIVERY

We strive to delivery all of products swiftly. Our delivery partners are specifically chosen for their reliability and accuracy. When your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from the delivery company. Our delivery companies, including DPD and Fed-Ex, will attempt to deliver to your address. No doubt you’ll have made arrangements to accept delivery. If they are not able to deliver, further delivery attempts will be made. Following further attempts, If you have not given special instructions ( eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour) your package may either be returned to us or, when possible, sent to a pick-up shop for you to collect.

TRACKING AND GIVING INSTRUCTIONS

You will be given the tracking number for you delivery via email and or text. YOu can use this tracking number to up date your delivery including leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour for most carriers. Should you need nay assistance or further information you are welcome to contact our Customer Care team who will be ready to help you.

Warranty

PARKERBRAND WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?

We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.

While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.

For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we work closely with UK Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.

Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.

The first year of your warranty covers for parts and labour, thereafter, for the second year it is parts only. We always work with our customers to provide an effective outcome within the warranty framework where this is possible.

EXCLUSIONS

We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts beyond 30 days. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:

Two Stroke Garden Tools (including Brush Cutter, Multi Function Garden Tool, Earth Auger, Chainsaw)

Recoil Starter, Bar, Fuel Tank Bracket, Spark Plug, Carburettor, Filters, Chain Catchers, Exhausts, Fuel Pipes, Blades and Brake Assembly.

Four Stroke Engine Powered Machinery (Including Pressure Washers, Generators, Water Pumps)

Recoil Starter, Hose, Lance, Nozzles, Plastic Connectors, Wheels, Air Filters, Exhausts and Carburettors.

Every effort is made to work pro-actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.

If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.

MISUSE

Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.

We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can do assist you in getting up and running once more.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR MACHINE?

PICK UP and DROP OFF

It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. In some cases we send you a pre-paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage where the order is over 6 months year old.

30 DAYS

If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.

Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.

COMMERCIAL USE

We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).

We do not expect you to have any issue at all of course, our machines are fully quality tested and assured which is no less than you’d expect from a company with a rising reputation for quality tools at a very favourable price-point. Quick delivery, put it together and the son in law wants to get his hands on it, made read the instructions first. He's done a bloody good job in the garden so far, he's coming ba k in the week to finish it of. Wish I'd got the chain saw and hedge cutting attachments now, got to find out if they fit the brush cuttet as they come with the multi tool one even though the model numbers are the same. Good tool, very robust, recommend it to anyone looking for a petrol brush cutter/strimmer.

Delivered on time, machine is a beast and engineering quality is commendable. Minimal assembly required. easy to start. Trimmed and cleaned up a 50m long; 2.0m high hedge in under an hour.
Mixing bottle could be larger and 40:1 ratio marks are hard to judge. Looking forward to trying other tools. Hope it lasts.
